A Nu-Way Independent Living welcomes independent adults seeking safe, stable, and affordable shared housing, including seniors, veterans, re-entry citizens, and single adults navigating life transitions. Our homes are designed for individuals who are capable of managing their daily living needs independently but may benefit from a clean, fully furnished, peaceful place to call home. We also work with case managers, social workers, healthcare and behavioral health providers, veterans organizations, shelters, and other community partners to help connect appropriate individuals with housing opportunities.
